Terms of service

1. Parties
These terms are between you and Fillauto. By using Fillauto, you agree to them.
2. Service
Fillauto recognizes and fills document fields on your computer. You must review the result before using or sending it.
3. Plans and prices
Free includes three documents per calendar month after sign-in. Pro costs $9.99 per month and includes the features on the Pricing page.
4. Free trial and Free plan
Your first complete document is available without an account. Continued use requires sign-in.
5. Payments and taxes
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes and refunds under its own terms.
6. Fair use
Pro plans are unlimited for ordinary professional use. To prevent scripted abuse, each Pro seat is limited to 500 document operations in any rolling 30-day period. This limit is not displayed in the product. If you need more, contact us and we will raise it for legitimate use at no charge.
7. Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
8. Refunds
The first payment is covered by the Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Fillauto unlawfully, interfere with the service, bypass plan limits, or process documents you have no right to use.
10. Liability
The service does not guarantee that every field will be recognized. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to what you paid during the previous twelve months.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the product or law changes. Material changes will be dated here and recorded in the changelog.
